Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason by sending written notice (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice in writing.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal or the goods before the deadline expires. The notice of withdrawal should be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
(1) In the event of a valid withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received services and benefits (e.g., advantages of use) in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value thereof. You are only required to compensate us for the deterioration of the goods and for benefits derived if the deterioration or the benefits are due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as is possible and customary in a retail store.
(2) The goods sent must be returned to us at your expense. In the case of sealed packages, only completely sealed containers will be accepted. The obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your notice of withdrawal or the goods, and for us with the receipt of the goods.
